Heidi Mueller

Heidi Mueller currently serves as the Assistant Director of Ticketing at Davidson College, responsible for season ticket sales, customer service, game management payroll, and the operation of ticket booths. Prior experience includes an Operations Intern role with the High Point-Thomasville HiToms, where responsibilities included stadium preparation, schedule creation, and scoreboard operation. Heidi also worked as a Customer Lead at Food Lion, enhancing customer service and problem-solving skills, and held internships in athletics at Davidson College and with the Charlotte Knights, focusing on event facilitation, promotional activities, and fan engagement. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Catawba College and a Master's degree in Sport Management from the same institution.
