Tim Helfrich

Tim Helfrich is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in coaching, education, and entrepreneurship. As the Founder and Coach at LEAPP Coaching since April 2023 and an Assistant Soccer Coach at Davidson College since August 2020, Tim focuses on leadership and performance development in sports. In addition to these roles, Tim serves on the executive team of Summit Coffee, which has been active since January 2003. Artistic pursuits include being a drummer for multiple bands since January 2000, such as Cast Iron Filter and Heidi and the River Down. Previous coaching and educational roles include serving as Varsity Soccer Coach and English Teacher at The Loomis Chaffee School from August 2016 to June 2020 and teaching at Woodlawn School from August 2006 to June 2015. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from Davidson College and a Master of Arts in Literature from Middlebury College.
