We are quickly expanding our horizons and are seeking talented team members to join us on our journey to transform the global capital markets.

Who are you? You are someone that has demonstrated experience focused on all components of revenue and gross margin. Detail orientation and process mindset is something that you thrive in and have experience in high performing teams. You have experience in all areas of the revenue cycle including accounts receivable and collections. You love building and scaling systems and have prior experience in implementing or automating accounting processes as well as working with large and complex data sets.

How will you create an impact? -Ensure accurate and timely recording of revenue transactions in compliance with ASC 606. -Perform in-depth revenue analysis, identifying trends, variances, and potential risks to revenue streams. -Oversee all AR functions, including monitoring outstanding balances and collections by monitoring aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely payment from customers. -Manage the full-cycle billing process, including ensuring timely and accurate invoicing according to contract terms. -Ensure that billing adjustments, credits, and refunds are handled accurately and in a timely manner. -Ongoing detailed analysis on our cost of sales, providing insight into areas of improvement and streamlining our current processes. -Improve existing processes, controls, and documentation, suggest and implement improvements to scale accounting processes and increase accuracy and completeness -Respond to requests for special reporting and special projects as required

What you should have? -Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. -Professional accounting designation -Experience with US GAAP -5+ years of experience in an accounting role -Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience. -Strong organizational and multitasking skills. -Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. -Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment. -Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related financial systems.  -Experience with Netsuite and successful implementation of ASC 606 are assets.
