Steve Tolbert

Steve Tolbert is the President of Decision Lens, serving since January 2025 and focusing on customer success and delivery strategy for government agencies. Prior to this role, Tolbert was the Executive Vice President at CACI International Inc. from January 2019 to January 2024, leading the Business Systems group that delivered solutions to federal markets. Tolbert's experience also includes serving as Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Civilian State & Local Group at Perspecta, navigating significant corporate restructurings, and holding the position of Vice President for Civilian State & Local Government at DXC Technology. Earlier in Tolbert's career, a role as Vice President at Hewlett Packard Enterprise involved overseeing services for both State and Local Government and Federal Civilian agencies. Tolbert holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.
