Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for organization and a passion for keeping projects on track? We are seeking a proactive and skilled Project Coordinator to support our Drilling Manager and field crews in delivering exceptional service and project outcomes.

Essential Functions

  • Provide administrative support to the Drilling Manager and field crews on a part-time daily basis.

  • Maintain job crew schedules for awarded work and backlog.

  • Organize and manage schedules for preliminary surveys, safety, access, and security requirements.

  • Update daily crew work schedules and progress reports.

  • Procure and issue purchase orders for vehicle, equipment repairs, and material purchases.

  • Obtain competitive pricing from vendors when needed.

  • Collect and organize standardized drilling reports, payroll documents, and certified payroll records.

  • Create and manage job files for CDC, engineering, and accounting purposes.

  • Coordinate paperwork for billing, progress payments, and job estimates.

Position Qualifications

  • Experience in project coordination is required.

  • Construction industry experience is beneficial; experience in the elevator or vertical transportation industry is preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and discretion with confidential information.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team while anticipating needs.

Skills & Abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and internet browsers.

  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and customer relations skills.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

  • Ability to read technical drawings and specifications (willing to learn if needed).
