Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for organization and a passion for keeping projects on track? We are seeking a proactive and skilled Project Coordinator to support our Drilling Manager and field crews in delivering exceptional service and project outcomes.

Essential Functions
Provide administrative support to the Drilling Manager and field crews on a part-time daily basis.
Maintain job crew schedules for awarded work and backlog.
Organize and manage schedules for preliminary surveys, safety, access, and security requirements.
Update daily crew work schedules and progress reports.
Procure and issue purchase orders for vehicle, equipment repairs, and material purchases.
Obtain competitive pricing from vendors when needed.
Collect and organize standardized drilling reports, payroll documents, and certified payroll records.
Create and manage job files for CDC, engineering, and accounting purposes.
Coordinate paperwork for billing, progress payments, and job estimates.
Position Qualifications
Experience in project coordination is required.
Construction industry experience is beneficial; experience in the elevator or vertical transportation industry is preferred.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and discretion with confidential information.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team while anticipating needs.
Skills & Abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and internet browsers.
Strong communication (written and verbal) and customer relations skills.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications (willing to learn if needed).
