Your Impact

As a People Experience Coordinator at Deliverect, you will be at the forefront of shaping a positive and productive work environment across multiple regions. In this role, you’ll manage HR processes, support employee relations, and ensure that our team members feel valued and engaged, no matter where they are based. Your contributions will be essential in driving our company’s growth and success, as you’ll play a critical role in fostering a culture of excellence and inclusivity within our scaling global environment. With the opportunity to work across different regions, you’ll gain invaluable experience in global HR practices.

A Typical Day

  • Being a multitasker from the moment your day starts.
  • Provide timely support for employee inquiries, leveraging tools like Slack and Jira to manage and track requests.
  • Maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS system (Hibob), ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant with regional laws.
  • Collaborate with the People Ops team, Talent Acquisition, and Regional GMs to address complex HR issues, such as employee grievances or contract negotiations.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to align HR initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Contribute to global HR projects, such as enhancing our onboarding processes or developing new employee engagement strategies.
  • Lead regional initiatives to improve the workplace experience, from office management to team-building activities, ensuring that hybrid and remote workers feel equally supported.
  • Lead a regional cultural initiative, organizing workshops and events that promote inclusivity and reflect the diverse backgrounds of your team members.

Your Expertise

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in HR or a related field, within a global B2B SaaS company is a plus.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment with an understanding of cultural nuances in HR practices.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems (Hibob preferred), with a strong ability to manage employee data and generate reports.
  • Proficiency in Slack for communication and collaboration across teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with employees at all levels and across different regions.
  • Hibob: Utilize to maintain employee records, manage payroll setups, and track performance data.
  • Google Suite: Leverage for data analysis, creating reports, and managing documents related to HR processes.
  • Jira: Use to monitor and resolve HR-related tickets, ensuring issues are addressed efficiently.
  • Slack: Facilitate daily communication, manage employee inquiries, and collaborate with internal stakeholders

Additional Information

  • This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our Ghent office and 2 days of remote work. Fluency in English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills being essential.
