Are you a highly organized and proactive professional with a passion for ensuring seamless office operations? If so, Democracy Forward needs you. We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills to oversee daily office functions, manage facilities, and support operational logistics. This role is essential to ensuring that our workplace runs efficiently and provides a welcoming and professional environment for staff and guests alike.
This position is full-time and based in Washington, DC. The role requires in-office presence at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to be in the office more when needed.
This position will report to the organization’s Deputy Director for People, Culture, and Operations and work closely with staff across all departments.

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000 commensurate with experience plus excellent benefits. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
