Brinda Devarajan

Brinda Devarajan is an experienced professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Talent Management at Deriv since September 2022. Prior to this role, Brinda worked at Photon from 2013 to April 2022 as a Senior Manager in HR and began a career at Ikya Human Capital Solutions Pvt. Ltd as a Management Trainee in 2012. Brinda's recruitment expertise spans the entire process, including requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, document collection, and joining follow-ups. Earlier experience includes working as an HR Executive at E Valley Solutions from May 2009 to 2010, focusing on recruitment. Brinda holds a PGDM in Human Resources and Marketing from Indus Business Academy, a Master's in Psychology with a focus on Organizational Psychology from the University of Madras, and a Bachelor's in Commerce with a concentration in Accounting and Finance from M O P Vaishnav College for Women.
