Kimberly Pegram

Kimberly Pegram is a Program Director for Pollinator Conservation and Research at the Desert Botanical Garden since September 2011, with prior roles as an Insect Ecologist, Exhibits Specialist, and Butterfly Pavilion Associate. Pegram's experience includes serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at Arizona State University from May 2009 to May 2015, where research focused on the warning colors of the Pipevine Swallowtail butterfly and involved planning and leading seminars. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Biology with a specialization in Behavioral Ecology from Arizona State University, obtained in 2015, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Mary Washington, completed in 2007.
