Jochen Appel

Jochen Appel is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience at Deutsche Telekom since February 2009, currently serving as VP Network Automation and holding multiple executive titles related to network automation, data platforms, technology cost analysis, and engineering. Prior to this, Jochen Appel worked at T-Systems Enterprise Services GmbH as VP Telco Product Development Services and Head of Section NG Voice Solution, and held roles at T-Systems Nova North America and Deutsche Telekom North America, including Director Network Engineering and Senior Network Engineer. Jochen Appel began a career in technology at Deutsche Telekom AG as a Systems Engineer focused on DSL and IP access platforms.
