The Company Digital Matter is a leading data and digital media consultancy that empowers brands to take control of their digital marketing. We provide consulting and services in the areas of business transformation, privacy-first data strategy, and digital media buying. 

The Role We are currently looking for a strategic, analytical Manager of Paid Search to manage and optimize search, display, and shopping campaigns across a portfolio of consumer and retail clients. You will help enhance our overall search strategy by identifying areas of opportunity to automate and innovate current processes and strategies. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage execution and performance of search, shopping, display, and video advertising campaigns through the full account management life cycle.
  • Serve as a supporting player in kick-off meetings, client relationship management, ad-serving, tech stack implementation, campaign optimization, and quarterly business planning.
  • Help to support and grow relationships with client-side stakeholders to ascertain business needs and craft the best strategic and tactical approach.
  • Partner cross-functionally to assist with proposal responses, technical demos, and marketing efforts.
  • Remain current with industry trends, continually leveraging new tools and industry best practices to boost efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of in-platform experience in Google Marketing Platform, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
  • Management of $500k+ monthly spend budgets
  • Excellent consultative approach when developing and managing business relationships.
  • Detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, extremely organized, analytical, and intellectually curious.
  • Strong data analysis abilities (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and statistical analysis).
  • BA (Bachelor of Arts) or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field.
