Sasikala Kannaiyan is an experienced test lead with a strong background in software testing. Currently serving as a Senior Test Lead at Digitide since April 2025, Sasikala previously held the same title at Conneqt Digital from October 2023 to April 2025. Prior to these roles, Sasikala was a Test Lead at Heptagon Technologies from February 2019 to April 2025 and worked as a Test Specialist at IBM from July 2011 to October 2018. Sasikala holds a Master's degree in Operations Research and Computer Applications from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, completed between May 2009 and May 2011.
