Steve Stelmachowski is an experienced compliance professional currently serving as Chief Compliance Officer at Rafferty Asset Management and Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at Direxion since September 2014. Their responsibilities include oversight of the Firm's compliance program, Code of Ethics monitoring, compliance testing, marketing material review, and cybersecurity program development. Prior to this, Stelmachowski held the position of Director of Compliance, Audit at Rausch, Sturm, Israel, Enerson & Hornik, LLC, and served as Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs Manager at Fontarome Chemical, Inc., where Steve was the primary contact for regulatory agencies. Throughout their career, Stelmachowski has also consulted on compliance programs, performed audits, and developed anti-money laundering procedures. Stelmachowski earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.
