DISHER is currently partnering with a logistics company that is a leading systems provider of highly dynamic, automated, and turnkey logistics solutions worldwide in their search for a Controls Project Manager. In this role, you will plan and deliver controls projects.

What you will get to do:

• Lead end-to-end project management across project life cycles.
• Manage small projects or specific phases within larger projects, handling budgets.
• Develop RFQ/RFP for contracting Electrical Installation Contractors and Controls Engineering.
• Strategize long- and short-term plans, setting milestones and meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with Program Managers, Controls Engineers, and cross-functional teams to drive engineering activities.
• Define project scope, objectives, and budget requirements, advocating for additional funding if needed.

What will make you successful:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineer, or related field.
• Knowledge of electronic, electrical, or automation engineering.
• Previous Project Management experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without restrictions or expirations.
