Digital Marketing Strategist - Zeeland, Michigan

DISHER is currently looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist to join the Sales and Marketing team. In this role, you will implement programs ant tactics to increase sales, identify additional sales channels, attract traffic to the DISHER website, and promote a strong online presence. You will also launch social media, email, and mobile marketing campaigns for DISHER while analyzing online statistics to identify marketplace trends and best practices to optimize performance.

What you will get to do:

  • Assist revenue generation campaigns using HubSpot and Salesforce. These campaign may be managed internally or with an outside agency partner. HubSpot Campaigns may include emails, landing pages, contact forms, social, etc.
  • Maintain Marketing Tool Stack: HubSpot, Salesforce, and other supporting tools with bi-annual tech stack reviews.
  • Monitor performance metrics - analytics for campaign activities
  • Develop and oversee best practices for Data Privacy and Security on Website and HubSpot (email opt-in, privacy policies, etc.)
  • Run analytics for all digital marketing with quarterly report outs, including heat maps
  • Direct or create website design and user experience strategy for both internal and external projects
  • Maintain and update website, review pages and sections for content accuracy and user experience
  • Maintain back-end development and updates (plug-ins, hosting, domains, etc.)
  • Lead SEO efforts by maintaining DISHER website and keeping content and layouts up to date
  • Develop annual social media strategic plans
  • Create content posts for appropriate platforms, using best practices
  • Establish and manage metrics, set schedules, post, and produce innovative ideas
  • Educate and advise the DISHER team (on a regular basis) on best practices on DISHER related social media platforms
  • Manage marketing account, LastPass management, and other account management (GMB, Search Console, Tag Manager, Analytics, etc.)
  • Mentor entry-level marketing team members in project work
  • Educate and advise the DISHER team on best practices on DISHER related social media.

What will make you successful:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 3-7 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of campaign management, content development, customer engagement and retention, digital marketing, marketing analytics, mobile marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, and marketing automation software
  • A passion for digital marketing
  • Ability to have unvarnished communication to cultivate transparent dialogue within the team, while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
  • Ability to collaborate and build Trusting Relationships with clients and interdepartmental teams, contributing to successful project outcomes
  • Stay up to date on industry trends through ongoing learning and adapting strategies that drive Innovation
  • Serve internal customers by understanding and prioritizing their needs, actively contributing to the overall success of DISHER
  • Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without restrictions or expirations.
