Sean McGuire is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Diversified Restaurant Group since August 2020, Sean oversees the operations of eight restaurants across Kansas and Missouri, managing a team of 32 managers. Prior to this role, Sean held various positions at Red Lobster from March 1997 to August 2020, including Director of Operations, General Manager for locations in Abilene, TX, and Waco, TX, and roles as Restaurant Manager and Certified Trainer/Server. Throughout this career, Sean has demonstrated strong skills in driving sales, developing talent, and ensuring high standards of service and food quality.
