DRACOON
Octavio Simone has worked for four companies over the past decade. In 2010, they began as an Engineer Intern at Johnson Controls. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Amazon, starting as a Customer Service Specialist and progressing to a CS Team Lead, CS Team Manager, and finally, CS Group Manager. In 2019, they joined DRACOON GmbH as Technical Product Owner and Director Customer Services.
Octavio Simone graduated from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) in 2014 with a Diplom-Ingenieur in Ingenieurwissenschaften.
