Eric Rakotomalala currently serves as the Senior Business Tribe Lead, Product Owner, and Scrum Master at dsm-firmenich since May 2023, specializing in the Formulation and Creation Domain for Perfumery & Beauty and Taste Texture & Health. With an extensive background at Firmenich from 2006 to 2023, Eric has held various positions including Senior Business Lead focused on Perfumery Creation and Product Selection, and was instrumental in system evolution and support as a Subject Matter Expert in Costing. Prior experience includes consultancy roles at Altran Switzerland - Innovatica and a research position at the National Institute of Technology (NIST) in the United States. Eric’s educational achievements include a Master's degree in Computer Integrated Manufacturing from ESIAL and professional development in photography and digital leadership.
