Laetitia Pictet

Laetitia Pictet currently serves as the Chief Legal, Risk & Compliance Officer at dsm-firmenich, a role assumed in May 2025. Prior to this, Laetitia held the position of SVP Corporate Secretary & Enterprise Risk Management at the same company from May 2023 to June 2024. Laetitia's extensive experience in the legal field includes significant roles at Firmenich from 2015 to 2023, where Laetitia progressed from VP Senior Legal Counsel to Sr VP Head of Commercial Legal. Earlier career roles include Director of Legal at Ferring International Center SA and Senior Corporate Counsel at Merck Serono. Laetitia began professional legal practice at Serono International and holds a law degree from the University of Geneva, complemented by admission to the Geneva Bar and further education at IMD.
