Distributions Team Member

Experience We are currently seeking candidates for an entry-level position on our Distributions team. This position can lead to a consulting position on our Compliance Services team. The role includes/requires:

• Ability to read legal plan documents
• Review distributions for permissibility as per the plan document
• Verify participant vesting calculations
• Understand the applicable distribution rules
• Respond to all incoming communications within two hours during the workday without exception
• Excellent writing skills related to responding to all inquiries
• Follow through on all promises to clients, advisors, and recordkeepers (includes our service guarantees) All candidates must be technologically savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
