Jesse Reinhold

Jesse Reinhold is an experienced professional in call center operations and survey research, currently serving as the Director of Call Center Operations at Dynata since January 2019. Prior to this role, Jesse held the position of Director of CATI Operations at Survey Sampling International from January 2015 to January 2019, and worked at Mountain West Research for a decade in various leadership roles, including Director and Senior Account Manager. Jesse Reinhold earned a Master's degree in Data Analytics from Western Governors University, completing the program in April 2023.
