Mary Jones is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in global recruitment strategies, currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Dynata since February 2017. In this role, Mary leads the development and implementation of talent acquisition processes that align with organizational goals and enhance the candidate experience. Prior to this position, Mary held various leadership roles in talent acquisition at Dynata, focusing on North America. Previous experience includes roles at Frontera Strategies as a Corporate Recruiter and at All Medical Personnel, where Mary served as Senior Staffing Manager and was responsible for full-cycle recruiting in the healthcare sector. Mary holds educational credentials from Collin College and the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
