Paula Frey

Paula Frey has substantial experience in human resources leadership, currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Echo Global Logistics since January 2019. Previously, Frey was the EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer at Education Corporation of America from September 2015 to December 2018, where Frey was an integral member of the Senior Leadership team for a $300M education organization. Prior to that, Frey held multiple roles at Sears Holdings Corporation between November 2008 and September 2015, including Interim Chief Human Resources Officer and VP of Human Resources for Retail Services and Home Services. Frey began a career in human resources at Motorola from 1989 to 2008, ultimately serving as Sr. Director of Human Resources, focusing on M&A, business partnering, talent acquisition, and talent management. Frey holds a BS in Organization Management from Illinois State University.
