Julieanne Herskowitz

Julieanne Herskowitz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in urban development and project management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at the New York City Economic Development Corporation since June 2011, Julieanne has held various leadership roles including Vice President and Assistant Vice President. Previous experience includes a position as a Capital Projects and Program Management Intern at the NYC Department of Parks & Recreation, where presentations on city-wide projects were developed for municipal leadership. At AKRF, Inc., Julieanne worked as a Planner / Architectural Historian, leading significant Environmental Impact Statements and managing environmental review projects. Early career internships at the Brooklyn Bridge Park Conservancy and Lower Manhattan Development Corporation allowed Julieanne to foster community engagement and volunteer initiatives. Julieanne holds a Master's degree in City Planning with a concentration in Public Private Development from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Romance Languages from Haverford College.
