Gary Panes

Gary Panes has extensive experience in leadership roles within the engineering and consulting sectors. As Chief Revenue Officer and later Managing Director and Commercial Director at EDRMedeso from January 2018 to February 2024, Gary contributed to the expansion of multi-physics simulation expertise in the UK while collaborating closely with ANSYS. Prior to that, Gary served as Commercial Director at FS Dynamics, a leading CAE consultancy in Europe, focusing on CFD and FEA consulting services. Additionally, Gary worked as a Business Consultant in 2016, assisting companies in developing go-to-market strategies. Gary is also dedicated to the field through volunteer work on the UK Steering Committee for NAFEMS from June 2011 to May 2019. Educational qualifications include a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Exeter and a Master of Philosophy in Failure Mechanisms from the University of Bristol.
