Adi Fine

Adi Fine is an accomplished Human Resources executive with extensive experience across various industries, currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer and VP of Human Resources at Elementor since June 2022. Previously, Adi Fine held the position of EVP of Human Resources at TAT Technologies Ltd., overseeing global HR operations and leading significant business transformations for the company. At Amdocs, Adi Fine was the Global Head of Leadership, responsible for the executive leadership population and managing various organizational processes. Earlier roles include Head of HR at Amdocs Optima, Head of Human Resources at Clal Insurance, and Human Resources Director at Cal. Adi Fine began a career in consulting with NGG Global Consulting Solutions and the GR Institute, focusing on organizational development. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Bar-Ilan University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Psychology from Tel Aviv University.
