Sean St.Clair has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Sean is currently the VP of Human Resources at Elevate Eyecare since March 2022. Previously, they served as the Director of Team Member Experience / AskHR Performance Center at Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System from February 2021 to March 2022. Before that, they held the position of Human Resources Director at Farmers Home Furniture from March 2017 to February 2021. Sean also gained experience at Prisma Health, where they served as the Manager of Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition from January 2007 to December 2016 and as a Professional Recruiter from March 2005 to January 2007. Earlier in their career, Sean held positions in provider relations at Companion Healthcare, physician recruitment and compensation at Charleston Area Medical Center Health System, and regional human resources at Henkels and McCoy.
Sean St.Clair obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from West Virginia University Institute of Technology in the period from 1993 to 1998.
