Virginia Filippi

Virginia Filippi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Consigliere di amministrazione at FinanceForFood since 2024, Virginia has also been an Imprenditore at Value Creation Team since June 2000. Virginia’s leadership capabilities are further exemplified through concurrent presidencies at ELIS, Open Advisory, and Open Venture. Previous roles include Director General at FIGC - Federazione Italiana Giuoco Calcio and Assistant Director General at Rai - Radiotelevisione Italiana, as well as a position in the General Director's staff at Lottomatica. Virginia began the career at Procter & Gamble, holding the title of General Team Director from February 1988 to August 2000.
