Mo Awada has extensive experience in professional services and operations within the technology sector, having held significant leadership positions at Emarsys from October 2016 to October 2021, including Chief Services Officer and Senior Vice President, Services & Solutions. In these roles, Mo Awada was responsible for global services sales, consultancy, delivery, and professional services operations. Prior to Emarsys, Mo Awada served as Head of Professional Services at Basekit, focusing on global B2B and B2C services, and as Technical Services Team Leader, where foundational global services teams were established. Earlier in the career, Mo Awada was a Senior Sales Associate at Harrods. Mo Awada holds a Master's Degree in Technology Consulting from London Metropolitan University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems from University College Kensington.
