Adrien Lion

Adrien LION is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Emotors, a joint venture focused on designing and manufacturing electric drive units for the e-mobility market, with a forecast turnover exceeding 1 billion euros by 2025. Prior to this role, Adrien served as HR Director for the Wheels & Brakes and Systems & Equipments Divisions at Safran Landing Systems, overseeing HR functions for substantial international operations. Adrien's extensive career includes HR Director positions at Zodiac Aerospace, where responsibilities encompassed defining HR strategies and managing integration into the Safran Group, and earlier roles at Alstom and MBDA in HR projects and recruitment management. Adrien holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Communication from CELSA Paris-Sorbonne.
