Rachel Allen

Rachel Allen has a diverse work experience in legal services, primarily serving as a General Counsel for various companies. Rachel has extensive experience in corporate, governance, finance, contract review, and transactional matters. Rachel has also directed and oversaw outside counsel for the companies they worked for. Prior to their role as General Counsel, Rachel was a Partner at Jones Day, where they specialized in private equity and worked on numerous M&A, venture capital, and private equity transactions. Rachel also has experience in developing technology businesses and providing legal counsel for utilities.

Rachel Allen received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics from Allegheny College from 1982 to 1986. Following this, they pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Virginia, completing their studies from 1986 to 1989.
