What You Can Look Forward To:

Energy Recovery is looking for a dynamic Business Partner to join our team! In this role,you will be the in-house expert on D365 based manufacturing, operations and supply chain processes, and will be the critical link between business objectives and technology solutions You will report to the Sr. Director of Organization Transformation & Support. Your primary clients will be the internal manufacturing, supply chain, and operations functions within ERII.

What Will You Do?

  • Engage stakeholders to obtain and document requirements.
  • Transform business requirements into straightforward requirements and match processes to application requirements.
  • Prototype and configure processes in D365 to make sure the system works as per requirements.
  • Analyze and design solutions for any application and handle gaps detected during business prototyping, then determining how to use D365 to determine how best to produce data driven solutions.
  • Communicate and collaborate with the ERI IT technical team, including Solution Architect and developers to make sure that your clients’ needs are incorporated into the specifications and functions.
  • Create or evaluate a breakdown of your clients’ businesses processes so that you can identify and link functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Support testing the proposed system by working with IT and Project Managers to plan and document testing and training requirements for your clients.
  • Assist in the development of process and training documentation by working directly with end users.
  • Work with your clients’ leadership team to develop and prioritize issues lists, and to re-engineer processes using industry best practices.
  • Develop and define functional roadmaps and articulate business value of solutions.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • BS or BA in Business, Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • Must be competent to work with D365 F&O (5+ years) and possess a well-rounded background in both business and ERP knowledge
  • Proven track records of managing change in manufacturing environments
  • Functionally familiar with all facets of Supply Chain and Operations Management.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles, financial planning and analysis
  • 5+ years’ experience conducting business analysis
  • Broad knowledge of process improvement methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma or BPM
  • CTSC, CSCP, CPIM, CSCP, CLTD certifications preferred
  • Prior experience in manufacturing environment preferred
  • Prior experience with warehouse management systems and manufacturing execution systems preferred
