Argyro (Iro) Chatzopoulou is an experienced professional in cybersecurity and information security management, currently serving as a member of the Ad-Hoc Working Group on the European Cybersecurity Skills Framework at the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity (ENISA) since April 2023. Argyro is also a member of various standardization bodies including ISO/IEC JTC1 SC27 and CEN/CLC/JTC 13 and co-founded APIROPLUS SOLUTIONS Ltd. in July 2019. With a strong background in auditing and training, Argyro has held roles as Lead Auditor and Trainer for various standards, including ISO 27001 and ISO 22301, and was a board member of the ISACA Greek Chapter until October 2023. Argyro's educational background includes multiple Master's degrees in Materials and Information Systems from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and Hellenic Open University.

The European Union Agency for Network and Information Security (ENISA) is a centre of network and information security expertise for the EU, its Member States, the private sector and Europe’s citizens. ENISA works with these groups to develop advice and recommendations on good practice in information security. It assists EU Member States in implementing relevant EU legislation and works to improve the resilience of Europe’s critical information infrastructure and networks. ENISA seeks to enhance existing expertise in EU Member States by supporting the development of cross-border communities committed to improving network and information security throughout the EU.
