Paul Koonce is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in global sourcing and supply chain management. Currently serving as Global Sourcing Manager at Enstall since December 2022, Koonce previously held the position of Supply Operations Program Manager at IronRidge from July 2021 to July 2023. Prior roles include Senior Planning and Procurement Lead at Canadian Solar Inc. and Operations Planning Manager at Intersil Corporation, where Koonce managed product line operations totaling $80M in quarterly revenue and achieved significant inventory cost reductions. Koonce holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Tech University and a Master of Business Administration from Golden Gate University.
