Brian Dean, LEED AP®, CFM® is a seasoned professional in corporate real estate and workplace strategy, currently serving as Board President of the Non-Profit Facilities Council with IFMA. Since 2021, Brian has held the position of Senior Director of Real Estate & Workplace at Enterprise Community Partners, where responsibilities include collaborating with executive leadership to shape workplace strategies that align with organizational goals. Prior experience includes a tenure at T. Rowe Price as Head of Corporate Real Estate & Workplace Services, as well as a directorial role at AOL, LLC, leading the development of innovative office and facilities solutions globally. Brian’s career began at IBM as a Strategic Facilities Planner. Academic credentials include a B.S. in Design and Environmental Analysis from Cornell University and a Master of Science in Facilities Management from Pratt Institute.
