Mikki Bertot

Mikki Bertot currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Enterprise Community Partners, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this, Mikki was the Vice President of People and Culture at Washington Gas from July 2022 to February 2024. Mikki's extensive experience in human resources includes roles as Vice President of Global Human Resources, Executive Director of Human Resources, and Senior Director of Human Resources at Laureate Online Education between January 2015 and July 2022. Mikki's career began at T. Rowe Price, where Mikki worked as a Human Resources Generalist from February 2010 to January 2015. Education was completed at the University of Maryland Global Campus, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business.
