Joel Schmidt

Joel Schmidt has a wealth of experience in the packaging industry, with roles spanning from business development and market management to production management and engineering. Currently serving as the General Manager at ePac Flexible Packaging, Joel is responsible for identifying new market opportunities for digitally printed flexible packaging. Previously, Joel held positions at companies like Outlook Group, Perfecseal, Graphic Packaging International, and Thilmany. Joel holds a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA in Business from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
