Cecilia Munthe has extensive experience in customer experience, CRM, and customer engagement roles. Cecilia is currently the Director of Customer Experience at Epidemic Sound, where they lead a department of 20 people and is responsible for the overall customer experience across the company's product offering. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Customer Experience at Star Stable Entertainment AB, where they focused on creating a safe environment for young female players in the online gaming industry. Before that, they worked at Deezer as the Director of Customer Engagement and Global Head of CRM, leading global customer engagement strategies and managing teams in London and Paris. Cecilia also has experience in CRM roles at Intertain Group, Gamesys, and Unibet, where they developed and implemented CRM strategies to optimize customer experience and retention. Cecilia began their career as an Office Manager at Hunky Dory AB.
Cecilia Munthe attended Berghs School of Communication in 2008, where they completed an evening class focused on copywriting. Prior to this, they studied at Lund University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a magister degree in literature studies.
