Aslambek Shaipov

Aslambek Shaipov is an experienced Principal Engineer currently employed at Equinor since March 2018, where responsibilities include maintenance management and engineering operations on the Statfjord field. Previously, Aslambek held the same title at Statoil from June 2012 to February 2018, focusing on maintenance engineering. Earlier roles at Aibel from May 2006 involved team leadership for the Maintenance Department and technical responsibility for various modification projects. Aslambek's career began at TMofCH in 1986, progressing through various engineering and management positions until 1999. Education includes a Master of Science in Offshore Technology from the University of Stavanger and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Transport Technical University of Kiev.
