Andrew Hoffman P.E. serves as the Director of Engineering at ERDMAN since January 2017, where leadership is provided to a skilled team of engineers. Prior to this role, Andrew held several positions at GRAEF from July 2007 to January 2017, including Engineering Manager for Structural projects, and Associate Project Manager, focusing on industrial and utility facilities for clients such as John Deere and EPIC Systems Corporation. Andrew's experience also includes designing significant government facilities like the Wisconsin Institutes for Discovery and UW Madison Union South, as well as healthcare projects at Gunnar Malm & Associates. Andrew commenced a career at Mead & Hunt, where responsibilities included designing new industrial facilities and renovation projects. Andrew earned a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 1998 and 2001.
