Gregory Nieckula, DO, MBA, currently serves as an Internal Medicine Physician and Executive Leader of the Provider Relations & Development Committee at Erlanger Health System since November 2019. Apart from this role, Nieckula is the Chief Medical Officer at AVA Connect Solutions and an Affiliated Assistant Professor at the University of Tennessee College of Medicine Chattanooga, both since July 2022. Erlanger, named among "America's Best Hospitals" by U.S. News & World Report, is a non-profit, academic teaching center affiliated with the University of Tennessee College of Medicine.
