Stephan Schmuck

Stephan Schmuck is an experienced educator and program manager currently serving as a lecturer at ESCP Business School, where responsibilities include teaching management and overseeing the LGBT+ Leadership program. With a strong background in cultural history, Stephan contributes to the BA in International Management through courses in economic history and academic writing. Prior roles include Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Manager and Programme Manager overseeing the MSc in Sustainability Entrepreneurship and Innovation, alongside multiple positions focused on project management and recruitment within higher education. Previous experience includes project management roles at Stiftung Paretz and a research fellowship at University College Cork, complemented by a PhD in English Literature from Aberystwyth University.
