Arjen de Ruiter

Arjen de Ruiter is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Essent, Arjen has previously held positions such as Interim Head of Software Engineering and Interim Engineering Manager in FinTech at bol.com. Arjen's expertise includes roles as VP of Engineering at Sendcloud, along with interim leadership positions in product and engineering at Maykers and engineering at Sendcloud. Arjen holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from Hogeschool voor Economische Studies Rotterdam and completed a non-degree program in Plant Physiology at HAS green academy in late 2022.
