The Role

The Sales Operations team plays a vital role in supporting the Sales team by providing essential reporting, training, and assistance with systems and processes that span the entire Opportunity-to-Close lifecycle. As a member of this team, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Delivery, IT Development, and other key functions, serving as a key liaison between teams and often acting as the first point of contact when challenges or issues arise.

What will you be doing?

Day to day you will be working alongside the team on a variety of projects including looking after the maintenance and enhancements on Salesforce Analytics to support the production of weekly and monthly sales reporting Sales Funnel, Installs, Disconnections, Price changes and ad hoc reporting.
Provide insight through the development and maintenance of Dashboards and Reports within SalesForce.com 

Actively participate in projects/initiatives in order to achieve continuous sales process improvement.

Support

  • Provide ongoing hands on SalesForce.com and Sales Opportunity support to the sales team
  • Participate in sales forecast process across the organization, utilizing Salesforce Analytics
  • Maintain and enhance Salesforce Analytics to support the production of weekly and monthly sales reporting – Sales Funnel, Installs, Disconnections, Price changes and ad hoc reporting as required
  • Liaise with IT development for testing and implementation of new technologies and upgrades of existing technologies.
  • Provide insight through the development and maintenance of Dashboards and Reports within SalesForce.com
  • Support all members of the sales teams, face to face or through the use of collaborations tools.

Data Quality

  • Drive initiatives for continuous improvements in data quality and sales process and system workflow
  • Resolve any sales order-related issues and conflicts
  • Work cross functionally to ensure all system and process changes are communicated to the sales team in an easily digestible way.

  • Microsoft Products

We’d like you to bring to us.

  • The ability to be challenged and take on feedback.
  • Degree in IT, Business, or a related field is preferred; however, candidates with other numerate or analytical degrees will also be considered.
  • A 2:1 or above is preferred but not essential
  • Excellent IT skills including all Microsoft products.
  • Exposure to SaS reporting software and Salesforce is beneficial
  • A focused, systematic and analytical thinker who pays attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work proactively and independently.
