Sandra Hirsh

Sandra Hirsh currently serves as the Director of Real Estate & Facilities at Exelon, where initiatives in change management, process improvements, and organizational effectiveness have been successfully implemented while managing a team of 12 and over 1,000 contractors. Previously, as the Director of Human Resources at ComEd, Sandra transformed the HR function into a strategic partner and enhanced employee satisfaction for more than 6,000 employees. Additional experience includes roles at Exelon where Sandra focused on HR strategy, organizational effectiveness, and project management. Sandra holds a Certificate in Human Capital and Effective Organizations from USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Toronto.
