Matt Logan

Matthew Logan is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in business law, particularly in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate reorganization. Currently serving as General Counsel for Experity since May 2019, Matthew has previously held the same title at Practice Velocity. Matthew's legal career includes a Principal role at Miller Canfield and a Partner position at Hinshaw & Culbertson, LLP, with a focus on both national and international transactions. Early legal experience includes positions as an Associate Attorney at Veverka, Rosen and Haugh, and Tribler Orpett & Meyer, P.C., specializing in commercial transactions and litigation. Matthew holds a JD from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and a BA in English from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
