What You’ll Do

Joining Exyn’s production team as a Supply Chain Planner puts you in a pivotal position to influence our production targets directly. As the key figure responsible for purchase order scheduling and receipts, your role will have far-reaching effects across multiple departments. By refining our current processes, you’ll streamline operations and enhance efficiency throughout the organization. Additionally, your efforts to ensure the availability of rare accessories for international demos will greatly contribute to the success of our sales team, ultimately making a substantial impact on the business's overall performance.

Here’s a snapshot of what your role would look like:

  • Reviewing open order delivery dates and following up with suppliers for commitment dates.
  • Refresh and review MRP output to address potential gaps in components supply and adjust PO delivery dates accordingly.
  • Collaborate with Contract Manufacturer to ensure drop ship POs are systematically received in the Exyn ERP system.
  • Process vendor RMAs for out-of-spec inventory.
  • Review component shortages of Contract Manufacturer supplied components and help resolve any shortages
  • Sourcing components internationally for customers to whom we are unable to ship products.

What We’re Looking For

When reviewing resumes we’ll be looking to see that you have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of previous purchasing or planning experience
  • Experience working with and identifying international suppliers
  • Purchasing and/or shipping to international customers
  • Experience with or certified in shipping hazardous materials
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Netsuite preferred)

If we have an opportunity to engage you in your interview process, we’ll be looking to identify:

  • Your understanding of MRP and production planning concepts
  • Your willingness to help in different ways to accomplish the task at hand
  • Your ability to communicate effectively and collaboratively both internally and externally

Compensation

The salary range for this position is from $65,000 to $75,000, depending on experience.
