Kai Morri

Kai Morri is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service and operations management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Services at FA Solutions since February 2019. Previously, Kai held the position of Head of Global Operations and Support at Youredi, and worked as a Domestic Caretaker following a 15-year tenure in the IT sector. At Basware, spanning from April 2002 to June 2015, Kai progressed through various roles, culminating in the position of Director of Service Desk Operations, overseeing global service operations across multiple regions with a team of over 90 personnel. Early career experiences include roles as a Validation Engineer at Teamware Group, as well as an Entrepreneur managing car sales and transportation, and a successful Sales Representative at Toyota Salomaa, recognized for top sales performance in Finland. Kai is a high school graduate from Arkadian Yhteislyseo.
