Tara Clements

Tara Clements currently serves as an Associate at Faculty, starting in January 2025. Prior to this role, Tara held multiple positions at Carv from October 2022 to January 2025, including Logistics Operations Manager, Operations Analyst, and Logistics Team Lead, as well as participating in the Carv Graduate Placement. From September 2021 to August 2022, Tara worked as a Case Worker for Doctors of the World UK, collaborating with the policy advocacy team to enhance healthcare access for vulnerable individuals in the UK. Tara was also an Elite Athlete with The Hong Kong Jockey Club from January 2017 to April 2021, representing Hong Kong as part of the Senior Eventing Team. Tara holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from Imperial College London (2018-2021) and is currently pursuing a course on Climate Action: Solutions for a Changing Planet through edX.
