Daniel Evard has extensive experience in the field of customer service and technical support, currently serving as Customer Service Manager at FANUC Europe since May 1998. Prior to this role, Daniel worked at Posalux SA from January 1988 to April 1998 in various capacities including Hotliner and Field Service Engineer. Earlier, Daniel was a Software Application Developer at Ascom (Suisse) SA for a year in 1987. Daniel's educational background includes an Ingenieur ETS degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Ecole d'ingénieurs - Saint-Imer (1983-1986) and a Mécanicien-Electronicien degree from Ecole des métiers - St.-Imier (1979-1983).
